There’s nothing like this place!!! From an authentic ayurvedic spa to a luxurious budget friendly Kerala style based room and dining experience this is the place that has it all!!! Amazing customer service and stunning views!! They have created a little slice of paradise within the area that they have!! The food is also super delicious and worth every penny we pay!
Pagoda Resorts Alappuzha is very bogus arrangement, the quality of food is very bad and the management staff is worse. Lunch dinner is also average or we can say just like eatable quality.
No hot water arrangements nor TV is working after repetitive 5-6 calls no one attending even not a single waiter for serving water or luggage pick up. Request everyone not to prefer this hotel instead go for lake palace resort or Oxygen resort it’s worth.
